Description
Phase 1 consisted of a 19-unit condominium development, and Phase 2 added 45 units (64 units total), using Platinum Build Green Standards within the Town of Jasper. The construction of the 1 and 2 story 4-plex and 6-plex buildings were finished with stucco and accented with Hardie Board trim and heavy fir timber details. The project required close consultation with Parks Canada and the Municipality of Jasper.
