Description
New 30,000 square foot church building of structural steel construction, set on a 20 acre property. Delnor worked closely with the owner and design team to value engineer the final design in order to meet the target budget. Through early participation, Delnor was able to gain a clear understanding of the design goals and provide informed feedback to the design. Mechanical and electrical contractors were employed under a design build approach, sourced by Delnor through an RFP process. Utilizing a design build method for these scopes ended up providing significant savings to the overall budget. This project was completed right on schedule and under budget.
