Description
Construction of two new, three storey multi-family buildings, each consisting of 12 units, for a total of 24 units for the project. Each building has a footprint of 3,200 SF with a total of 18,215 SF useable area for both buildings. The structure is wood frame and is finished in Hardie Board siding, Hardie Board panels and brick.
The project was a candidate for LEED for Homes Canada Silver. Part of the funding for this project came via $2.25 Million in municipal funding through the Municipal Sustainability initiative.
