Description
This project consisted of tenant improvements required to modify and fit-up 65,000 sq. ft of office space on the 24, 25, and 26th floor the new Stantec office tower. There was also the addition of an internal staircase between floors. This new office space is the head office for Dentons Law and will allow and flexibility to accommodate future needs of Dentons Law.
This project achieved LEED Gold certification.
