Description
The project was in a newer, existing, operational Police Station on the 2nd floor. During original construction, the 3400 sq. ft. area was set aside for future expansion. The Operational Command Centre was constructed for the intent to house up to 30 Investigators and Inspectors for the City of Edmonton Police. The space will be outfitted with wall to wall monitors mounted on a wood panel feature wall as well as a wood feature ceiling. Raised access floor system for numerous data requirements as well as glass demountable partitions for office space. The Police Station was fully operational during construction, so shutdowns had to be well planned as to not disrupt the 24 hour facility.
