Description
Renovation of a shell space on the 4th floor of the Enterprise Square building in downtown Edmonton. 60% of the space was a new teaching lab and the remaining space was a student/administration space. The lab included Fume Hoods and Epoxy countertops as well as new casework throughout. The entire space was built within a fully operational building, specifically other tenants on the 4th floor of the building.
