Description
This was an interior construction project to three undeveloped floors in the Kelly Ramsey Building for Field Law.
A tight construction schedule of 5.5 months with the first floor being turned over in 3.5 months, this project included DIRRT systems for 70 percent of the partitions on all floors. Fine detailing throughout really made this project exceptional, however some challenges to the project include working in a building where base building items had not been completed.
The building was constructed with a post tension system so coring for electrical and plumbing needed to be detailed and documented, then reviewed with the structural engineer. Delnor had a dedicated team working with the client for their various move requirements.
