Description
This 8-month long project included the interior demolition of the existing 8,000 square foot Johnny B Fit, including the removal of a second floor mezzanine. The construction of the new facility included new foundations and structural steel to support the new second floor, a new SBS roof system, new cladding, upgraded finishes, and upgraded mechanical and electrical throughout. We were able to reuse the existing roof top units, existing furnace, and existing hot water tank in order to lower the budget of the project.
