Description
The Glenwood Health Centre Project was an infill, redevelopment project aimed at providing comprehensive health, wellness, and professional services to an underserved area in Edmonton. This project involved the demolition and repurposing of an old car lot and provided a much-needed revitalization of the Stony Plain Road corridor. The new Health Centre consisted of two brand new health/professional buildings housing over 42,000 square feet of space for clinics, health and wellness retail, and service businesses. The redeveloped site included a new parking lot, landscaping, lighting, video wall signage, and a Tim Horton's complete with drive-thru as the final phase of the project.
