Description
Innovative Mortgage Solutions is a new 5,500 square foot mortgage broker with a 1,100 square foot ATB Tenant improvement within. The eight-month long project consisted of a build that including everything from the earthworks and site services to the complete construction of a new building. Delnor worked hand in hand with the owner and architect to ensure there were minimal change orders and completed the project two weeks ahead of schedule.
