Description
The Manulife Place renovation consisted of three floors and was executed in three phases. Each floor's occupants needed to be relocated before demolition started. It was imperative that each phase was completed on time to accommodate for furniture and equipment deliveries. Each phase needed to be completed before the next phase began.
