Description
Rehabilitation of the Mitchell Transit Garage for end of life system replacements and life safety upgrades. This included a new skylight and exterior curtain wall windows, new LED lighting, UPS Power, Emergency Generator Replacement, parking lot, and interior renovations.
Site has 24-hour 7 day a week operation, so safe work planning and coordination with facilities operations were absolute key to project success.
