Description
New construction on an undeveloped lot of a new church building consisting of a large multipurpose room that was designed to be utilized as a 500 seat auditorium with Audio/Video and lighting and then be also used as a gym for other end users. Other areas of the building consisted of classrooms, offices, a conference room area with operable walls for flexibility, full service café and commercial kitchen. The site development included a 220 stall paved parking lot, site sidewalks, fully landscaped site and a new pylon sign.
