Description
The new Wolfe Cadillac building is a 2-story structure at a height of 28 feet and at 39,998 square feet in size. The space consists of office administration on the 2nd level, sales area with 10 sales offices, and a parts counter with customer lounge for the vehicle services.
With 12 new state of the art services bay for all Cadillac model services needs the parts area alone is over 12,000 square feet of all the accessories that Cadillac brands offer. The new show room of over 8,000 square feet which can accommodate 10 Cadillac vehicles to view. Included in the show room area is a 2-bay new car delivery shop for when customers pick up there new Cadillac’s. The new parking lot has just under 100 stalls and close parking stall to the front entrance for client’s quick access into the show room.
